Mile Building is intended for sailors who already possess a license and are aiming to practice their sailing skills in a more relaxed environment. Friends or family members with no sailing experience are invited as well.

Practice is the key to successful cruising. Although on a sailing course you did learn principles, the time frame of the course is simply not sufficient to experience various situations. On holiday trips, new skippers rarely have chance to practice. Usually most of the crew is there for fun, not willing to participate in five rounds of docking or gybing. Join mile building cruise with fellow sailors and give yourself a chance.

This activity is envisioned as a mix of practicing and holiday sailing. Yes, we will go to the beaches and tavernas, and look for new fun places. But considerable time is also for practicing. There may be one instructor, but more than one boat. This is the chance to take full responsibility, but still not completely alone. A smooth transition to become competent and self-sufficient skipper.

Bring friends or family members who are interested in sailing. Unlike a sailing course where training runs all day long, this is more relaxed environment. A mix of fun and full exposure to skipper's real life.

The price for the course is 800€

The course starts from Kavala, Greece. Meeting point is at the dock the first day (Saturday) at 13:00 local time. The course ends the following Saturday around 11:00.
